About Me

Freelance Web Designer

& SEO Specialist

As a designer, I’ve had the privilege of leaving my mark on various web pages throughout my career. Being one of the women in web design who values attention to detail, I find myself fully immersed in the creative process.  My passion for design is reflected in the careful consideration I give to every project, aiming to deliver not just a website but a unique and engaging digital experience.

Originally from the Czech Republic, I now operate as a freelancer in Manchester. Embracing my neurodivergence, I was diagnosed with ADHD a few years ago. In the realm of web design, I view this not as a “disorder” but as an advantage. My neurodivergence enables me to harness the power of hyperfocus, delving deep into my work and fostering boundless creativity.

Although the field of web design has traditionally been associated with men, there is a rising recognition of women for their impactful contributions in terms of innovation, creativity, and the introduction of new ideas and techniques.

Emerging from a less privileged background doesn’t hinder success. Despite navigating societal and financial obstacles, I persisted in acquiring an education, chasing my dreams, and carving out an independent path.

I also happen to be a single parent to a spirited neurodivergent individual, which has brought a unique rhythm to my life, centred primarily around work and personal growth.

Beyond that, I am an advocate, staunchly committed to promoting equality. On social media, you’ll often find me actively raising awareness about neurodiversity, feminism, and anti-racism.

I’ve been fortunate to receive positive feedback from entrepreneurs across Europe, acknowledging my design skills. It’s interesting to see how my love for music finds its way into my creative work. I’m also a big fan of sci-fi and have a genuine love for all things tech – a passion that started when I got my first computer at the age of 12.

To me, “Music is like a canvas of colours, an emotional experience, and the art of sharing the perfect message at the right moment.”

My Vision

I collaborate with individuals, small-to-medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), and start-ups. My approach to clients is centered around fostering a professional relationship grounded in effective communication and transparency. My commitment is to consistently propose solutions that I believe will be most beneficial for the client and their business.

Recognizing the diverse needs of many clients, I have chosen to extend my support by recommending highly skilled freelancers, such as content writers, translators, and logo designers. This helps my clients connect with reliable and friendly professionals who can cater to their specific requirements.

Being a good designer is all about understanding how people interact. When I design a website, I consider the specific industry and the kind of audience it caters to. I pay close attention to the overall design, making sure it complements the content and navigation seamlessly.

My passion for web design and all things digital is what drives me. There’s nothing more satisfying than helping small businesses and individuals enhance their online presence. It brings me joy and a real sense of purpose to contribute to their success in the digital landscape.

Maybe you’re wondering
how does the web designer figure out what I need?

The solution is simple: I aim to comprehend who you are and what’s important to you. As a professional, my goal is to understand your requirements. By filling out the initial questionnaire on this website, you’ll kickstart the creative process and guide us in the right direction.

Efficient time and energy management is crucial for me. I find written communication more effective than phone chats, mainly because I believe that “many meetings aren’t necessary – they can be summarized in a well-written email.” Additionally, I want to mention that I’m neurodivergent, so clear and written communication helps me navigate tasks more smoothly.
